In the case of ordering spare parts online by the use of the online form, you agree that the completion and submission of this form means that you are requesting the selected parts to be sent to you and you agree to pay the invoiced amount to Loxton Engineering Works Pty Ltd on receival of invoice. When ordering by this method, Loxton Engineering Works Pty Ltd will contact you for confirmation of details usually on or before the next working day (Monday to Friday), not on public holidays or during company annual leave or vacations. Any loss or damage of orders mean the customer is still liable for payment of invoice to Loxton Engineering Works Pty Ltd.
