  • BLADES

    TWISTED  STEPPED   ANGLE   FLAT
  • TWISTED BLADES (Single Edge Cut)
Left hand (Anti-clockwise) & Right hand (Clockwise)
  • ** IMPORTANT NOTE ** Thinner Twisted Blades (8mm than 10mm) are more economical, cost less and do the same job. Thinner blades stay sharper with less Horse Power required.

  • STEPPED BLADES (Double Edge Cut)
  • ** IMPORTANT NOTE ** Thinner Stepped Blades (8mm than 10mm) are more economical, cost less and do the same job. In our experience Stepped blades tend to straighten by centrifugal forces if there is too much step. Thinner blades stay sharper with less Horse power required.

  • ANGLE BLADES (Single Edge right hand cut)
  • **IMPORTANT NOTE ** In our experience if 35% Angle Blades are too long in length they want/tend to straighten the blade with centrifugal force and can/may bend the rotor disc plate.(which alters/changes the Degrees of angle of blades sometimes). Thinner Angle Blades (8mm than 10mm) and Shorter Angle Blades (200mm than 205mm,210mm or 260mm) are more economical, cost less, do the same job, blades stay sharper with less horse power required.

  • BUSHES (To suit the above blades)
  • BLADES BOLT KIT (complete) to suit above blades.
  • Two different bolt types/kits
  • ** IMPORTANT NOTE ** Blade bolt kit (Two types/kits available)

(1#) High tensile Grade 8 bolt zinc plated with nut, Lock nut, bush and flat washer (slp/064). **PREFERRED** (Nut and Lock nut can be used again. Loctite recommended)

(2*) Washer, high tensile bolt with nylon nut and bush (oce/775). The nylon nut should only be locked/used once, it loses its nylon strength when used twice and nut can come loose. If nylon nut is used again it can loosen or damage mounting bolts, cause vibration, rotor mounts, rotors, rotor bearings and blades.
